We are able to provide housing quickly and cost effectively for companies coming to the Utica Shale play. We are currently developing small acreage sites with new modular homes and are assisting existing landlords with filling their vacant homes with incoming workers. Our goal is to have 300 workers under roof by the end of 2012 with the ability to expand into Harrison, Columbiana and Tuscarawas Counties next.
